MATERIALS:

Caron Simply Soft (worsted weight)
     Off White (9702) - 1-1/4 ounce
     Bone (9703) - 1-1/4 ounce
H Hook

Stitches: ch, hdc, rev sc, sc, sl st.

Difficulty:  MEDIUM

NOTE: Entire pattern is worked holding one strand of each color.

R1: Holding one strand of each color, Ch18. Sc in the hump of the 2nd ch from the hook.
Sc in the hump of ea rem ch. (17sc)

R2: Ch1, turn. Sc in BL of first st.
(Sc in FL of next st. Sc in BL of next st) across (17sc)

Rs3-15: Rep R2.

EDGE

R1: Ch 1, turn. Sc in ea st and row end around entire piece placing 3sc in ea corner. Join with a sl st in first sc.

R2: Ch1, do not turn. Sc in FL of ea st around. Join with a sl st in first sc.

R3: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st. Join with a sl st in first sc.

R4: Ch2, do not turn. Hdc in ea st around, skipping the stitch in each corner. Join with a sl st in top of beg ch2.

R5: Ch1, do not turn. Rev sc around. Join with a sl st.

FASTEN OFF.
