FRINGE:
Cut 6 white and 3 red strands
of yarn that
measure 32" (or whatever length you would like) for each fringe.
Attach all 9 strands at
once in one of the ch4 lps on the edge of the band by
folding the 9 strands in half with six inches on one side of the fold. Then,
insert
the hook into the ch4 sp, draw the fold of the fringe through the ch4 sp.
Yarn over all ends of the fringe and draw them all through the fold to make
a knot.
If you want your fringe
to look fuller you can add more strands per fringe OR
add more fringe in the row ends bet the ch4 sps along the band edge like I did.
