Join Rows 1 and 23 tog. Using a yarn needle, sew rows tog by weaving the yarn tail in and out of the corresponding stitches on Rows 1 and 23. Do not cut yarn yet. Weave a ribbon into the holes of the sachet pouch, insert potpourri filled nylon, draw up the ribbon and tie in a bow.
