MATERIALS:

Red Heart Super Saver-4ply worsted weight
Abbreviations for colors:
     White (M) - less than 1 oz
     Orchid (C) - less than 1 oz

Hook Size G
Yarn Needle

Stitches: ch, sc, sl st.

1C-PC = a 5dc Popcorn stitch in Orchid.
Change to C in last step of last st. Ch3, work 4dc in indicated st.
Drop loop from hook, insert hook in top of ch3,
insert hook back into dropped loop and pull loop through the st.

1C-PC over 2sts = a 5dc Popcorn stitch in Orchid worked over two stitches.
Change to C in last step of last st. Ch3, work 2dc in next st.
Work 2dc in next st. Drop loop from hook, insert hook in top of ch3,
insert hook back into dropped loop and pull loop through the st.

Pattern specifies how many single crochet stitches to work for each color.

NOTE: When working back across the popcorn stitches be sure you only place one stitch in the 1C-PC but place 2 stitches in the 1C-PC over 2sts. The stitch count per row should always be 28 stitches.
