Abbreviations for colors:
     White (W)
     Blue (B)
Pattern specifies how many single crochet stitches to work for each color.

Rs2-4: Ch1, turn. 28W.

R5: Ch1, turn. 3W, 4B, 21W.

R7: Ch1, turn. 2W, 2B, 2W, 2B, 20W.
