R1: With White, ch28, sc in second ch from hook. Sc in ea rem ch. (27sc)

R2: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st. (27sc)

Rs3-9: Rep R2.

R10: Ch1, turn. Sc in 4sc.
Scps in next sc. Sc in next sc.
Scps in next sc. Sc in next 4sc.
(Scps in next sc. Sc in next sc.) 4 times.
Sc in next 3sc. Scps in next sc.
Sc in next sc. Scps in next sc.
Sc in last 2sc.

R11: Rep R2.

R12: Ch1, turn. Sc in first 3sc. Scps in next st.
Sc in next 20sc. Scps in next sc. Sc in last 2sc.

R13: Rep R2.

R14: Ch1, turn. Sc in first 4sc.
Scps in next sc. Sc in next sc.

BORDER: Ch1, do not turn. Sc in ea st and in ea row end, placing 3sc in ea corner.
Join with a sl st in the first sc.

Fasten off.

TIRES: (make 2)

R1: Using Blue, ch3, 10hdc in 3rd ch from hook.
Join with a sl st in the top of the first hdc.

R2: Do not turn. Ch1, RevSc in ea st around.
Join with a sl st.

Fasten off.

FINISHING

Sew wheels on. Position them as show in the photo.
