ROW 1 [eyelet row]: Ch 60, join to form a ring (be careful not to twist the chain), ch 4, *sk next ch, dc in next ch, ch 1. Rep from * around. Join with sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch 4. Ch 3, turn.

ROW 2: Dc in each dc and in each ch. Join with sl st, ch 3, Do not turn.

ROW 31: [eyelet row]: *sk next st, dc in next st, ch 1. Rep from * around. Join with sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch 4. Sl st in next ch 1 sp.

ROW 32: Ch 4 (counts as first tr), work 3 more tr in same sp. Work 4 tr in each rem ch 1 sp. Join with a sl st and fasten off.

LAST ROW: Reattach yarn to opposite end in any ch sp, ch 4 (counts as first tr), work 3 more tr in same sp. Work 4 tr in each rem ch 1 sp. Join with sl st and fasten off.

DRAWSTRINGS (make 2): Work a string of love knots approximately 24 inches in length. Weave these in the eyelet rows draw up and tie a bow.

HANGER: Attach yarn around the post of any dc on Row 1. work 10-12 love knots sc around the post of the next dc. This forms the loop to hang it by.

FINISHING: Fill with bags and hang on wall.

I made one this past week-end. I think the next one that I make, instead of putting the ruffle on the top and bottom, I will do two rows of double crochet and fold it down, then put elastic through it. I'll let you know how it works out. I used about 4 ounces though. Thanks for the pattern.
