MATERIALS:
Hook: Size C
Yarn: #10 Bedspread Cotton
Stitches used: ch, sl st, sc, picot.
PICOT = Ch 3, sc in 3rd ch from hk.
Difficulty: EASY
STEP 1: Ch 39, sc in 2nd ch from hk, sc in next ch, * ch 3, sc in 3rd ch from hk (picot made), sk next ch, sc in next 2 chs. Repeat from * to end of foundation ch. (2sc, picot, 2sc) in last ch. (12 picots down the first side of the foundation ch).
STEP 2: Working up the other side in the unworked lps of the foundation ch. * Picot, sk next ch, sc in next 2 ch. Repeat from * to end, placing 3 sc (for a total of 5sc) in the last ch. NOTE: all picots should line up evenly.
Join with sl st and fasten of.
Cut about 6 strands of yarn about 6" long and tie a fringe in the end where you fastened off.
