MATERIALS:
4 Ply Cotton
Yarn (Peaches and Cream-white)
4 Ply Worsted Weight Yarn (Simply Soft -Brocade Print 9810)
Hook Size H
Stitches: ch, sl st, sc.
Difficulty: EASY/MEDIUM
R1: Ch 16, sc in 2nd ch
from hook.
(Ch1, sk next ch, sc in next ch) across. Ch1, turn.
R2: Sc in ea sc and ch-sp across. Ch1, turn.
R3: Sc in 1st st. Ch1, sk
next st, sc in ea st across to last 2 sts.
Sk next st. Sc in last st.
R4-15: Alternate repeating R2 and R3, ending with R2.
R16: Ch1, turn. Sc in 1st st. (Ch1, sk next st. Sc in next st) across.
BORDER: Sc evenly in ea st and ch-sp around placing 3sc in ea corner.
Fasten off.
All of the
chains formed holes evenly around the coaster's outer edge. Join the Constrasting
Color with a sl st around the post of any st between two ch sps. (Ch1 loosely,
sc around next st) around entire coaster.
Join with sl st and fasten off.
