MATERIALS:

Cotton Yarn - 4 ply, worsted weight
Hook: Size K

Stitches used: ch, sl st, sc, hdc, dc.

Difficulty: MEDIUM

ROW 1: Ch 27, dc in 4th ch from hook. Dc in ea rem ch. (25dc)

ROW 2: Ch3, turn. Dc in next st. Hdc around last dc.
*Sk next st. Dc in next 2 sts. Hdc around last dc.
Rep from * across to last 2sts.
Sk next st. Dc in last st.

R3: Ch3, turn. Dc in ea st. (25dc)

Rs4-11: Alternate Rs 2 & 3 for a total of 4 times.

EDGE: Ch1, do not turn. 2sc around the post of ea st at the end of each row. Sc in ea st along the foundation ch and the last row, placing 3sc in ea corner st.

FASTEN OFF.
