Fold the straight end up
5-1/4" (or where you want it). Using same yarn and a yarn needle, whip
stitch the corresponding stitches together through the inner loops only (when
you hold two rows of stitching together you have 4 loops... only work through
the two loops that are close to each other).
CLOSURE
R1: Ch3, sc in 2nd ch from
hook. Sc in ea rem ch.
R2: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea
sc.
Rs3-11: Rep R2.
Fasten off.
Sew short ends of closure
onto sides of pouch so you can fold the top flap down and insert it beneath
the closure. Insert hooks or pen(s) and secure the flap.
