MATERIALS:

Cotton Thread - 2 ply, 3/2 Merc GSD Thread by Mary Maxim (less than 1/2oz)
Steel Hook Size 0/3.25mm

Stitches: ch, dc, rev sc, sl st.

Difficulty: MEDIUM

R1: Ch14, dc in the 4th ch from the hook. Sc in ea rem ch.
(ch1, dc) 4 times in the same ch as the last dc.
Working in the unworked lps of the foundation chain, dc in ea st across to last.
Dc in the base of the first dc. (ch1, dc) 3 times.
Ch1, join with a sl st in the top of the first dc. (30dc)

R2: Do not turn. Ch3.
* Dc in ea dc across to first ch1 sp.
(Dc in ch1 sp. 2dc in the next dc.) 3 times.
Dc in the next ch1 sp.
Rep from * once.
Join with a sl st in the top of the beg ch3. (44dc)

R3: Do not turn. Ch3. Dc in the next 12dc.
2dc in the next 8dc.
Dc in each of the next 14dc.
2dc in the next 8dc.
Dc in the last dc.
Join with a sl st in the top of the beg ch3. (60dc)

R4: Do not turn. Ch1, rev sc in ea st around.

Join with a sl st.

Fasten off.
