The following pattern is my original design.

MATERIALS:
Hook Size G
Bernat Softee Baby Yarn (sport weight)
Ribbon
Stitches Used: ch, sl st, sc, sc dec, dc.
Difficulty: EASY/ MEDIUM
R 1: Ch 12, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in ea rem ch. Ch 1, turn.
R 2: Sc in ea st. Ch 1, turn.
Rs 3-7: Rep Row 2.
R 8: Sc in ea st and each row end around entire piece. Place Marker. Now you work continuously for a few rounds.
Rs 9-13: Sc in ea st. Place Marker.
R 14: (Sc dec over next 2 sts) around.
R 15: Sc in ea st. Join with sl st. Ch 4, turn.
R 16: (Sk next st, dc in next st, ch 1) around. Join with sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch 4. Sl st in next ch-1 sp. Ch 3, Do Not Turn.
R 17: 2dc in same sp, 3 dc in each rem ch-1 sp. Join with sl st in top of beg ch-3.
Fasten Off.
Weave ribbon into ch-1 sps for ties.
