Cream Filled Cookie

It has come to my attention that there are other patterns available that resemble this one.
I got the idea for this pattern because I remember a friend of mine from high school making oreo cookies for her
mom's fridge and that's why I made the cream filled cookie pattern.
I have no idea if my pattern is exactly like another but if you have one that is the same
please let me know and I will
remove my pattern.

The following pattern is my original design.
Please only copy or print this pattern for personal use.
Please contactme if you find any errors.

MATERIALS:

Hook Size G

Scraps of 4 ply worsted weight yarn (brown and white)
Yarn Needle
Magnet

Stitches Used: ch, sl st, sc.

Difficulty: EASY

(make 2 brown and 1 white piece)

RND 1: Ch 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from the hook. Place Marker.

RND 2: 2 sc in each sc around. (12 sc) Place Marker.

RND 3: (Sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around. (18 sc). Place Marker.

RND 4: Rep Rnd 3. (27 sc). Join with sl st in next sc.

Fasten Off.

FINISHING: Hold the two brown pieces with the white piece between them. Sew them together using a 10" length of brown yarn and a yarn needle. Glue magnet on one side.

VARIATIONS: Use different color yarn combinations to mimic different types of cookies. These are great for use in play kitchens too.
