VIEWER TIP:

The following is taken directly from an email I received from one of our viewers. I liked the tip and I think you will too.

Hi Lisa. My name is Pam and I just wanted to e-mail you to let you know that I dearly love your website. I visit it at least once a day. I crocheted the toilet tissue cover and the christmas candles. My master bathroom is done in burgandy and hunter green. I crocheted the christmas candle in white and the bottom part I did in burgandy. I made two of them and they sit on the back of my toilet. They look very sharp sitting there. As a matter of fact, I'm going to make two more for the front bathroom in pastel pink/white, and in country blue/white for my mom. I have a suggestion. You could take the same christmas candle pattern and the white or candle part of it could be extended to fit any size roll such as a paper towel roll. I am going to cut a paper towel roll down to a little taller than the toilet tissue roll and make it in burgandy/white to match the ones in my master bathroom. It will sit in between the smaller candles and will look like a candle grouping sitting on the back of my toilet. These candles would look cute for any of the holidays, green base for St. Patty's day, orange or black base for Halloween, etc. As a matter of fact, the candle part could be crocheted in any color. I crocheted the flames on mine in bright yellow and they look pretty good. You could even crochet small little motifs to attack to the candle part, like bats or pumkins at Halloween, Holly Leaves for Christmas, hearts for Valentines day, shamrocks for St. Patty's day, etc. Anyway, I know you are busy, but I just had to let you know that I enjoy your website and tell everyone about it. Thanks for a great site!

God Bless!
