JOINING
Both sides of the fin looks the same so it doesn't matter which way you turn it.
Hold the narrow end of the tail and the sc edge of the fin tog.
Use a yarn needle and same yarn to join them using a whip stitch.
The openings are not the same size so you will need to adjust the pieces as you join them for an even join as you sew.
With the Fin laying flat, use a yarn needle and about 6" double strand of yarn to make the indent at the bottom. Sew through the center of both layers and tie it in a knot around bottom edge to cinch it up.
Weave in ends.
