Baby Headband Crochet Pattern

Fits newborn



The following pattern is my original design.
Please only copy or print this pattern for personal use.
Please contact me if you find any errors.

MATERIALS:

Bernat Baby Coordinates (small amount of white)
Bernat Strawberry Stripes (small amount pink/white variegated)
Hook Size G
Yarn Needle

Stitches: ch, sc, tr

Difficulty: MEDIUM


BAND
R1: With white, Ch6. Sc in 2nd ch from hook. Sc in ea rem ch. (5sc)

R2: Ch1, turn. Sc in BLO of ea st. (5sc)

Repeat R2 until length is 11-12 inches.

Fasten off leaving a length of yarn to sew. Thread the yarn needle and sew
the last row to the foundation row to finish the Band.

FLOWER

R1: With Strawberry Stripes, Ch20, 3tr in 5th ch from hook. 3tr in ea rem ch. (49tr)

R2: Working in the round, sl st in top of the first st on R1. Ch1, sc in same st.
*Ch3, sc in next tr. Rep from * around. Ch3, sl st in 1st sc made.

Fasten Off.

Finishing: Sew base of first and last tr tog. Weave yarn through foundation
ch and draw the opening closed. Sew flower to headband near the joining seam.
