Ann's Dish Soap Apron Free Crochet Pattern

Designed for my friend Ann Guidry

Designed for Dawn dish soap
19.4 fl oz

 


The following pattern is my original design.
Please only copy or print this pattern for personal use.
Please contact me if you find any errors.

MATERIALS:

Red Heart Super Saver
   (White- less than 2 ounces)
   ( Blue - small amount)
Hook Size G
Yarn Needle

Stitches: ch, sc, dc, fpsc,
v-st (dc, ch2, dc)

Difficulty:  MEDIUM


 

R1: With White, ch14, sc in second ch from hook. Sc in ea rem ch. (13sc)

R2: Ch4, turn. (Sk next st. Ch1, dc in next st.) across

R3: Ch1, turn. 2sc in next ch-sp. (Fpsc around next dc. 2sc in next ch-sp.) across.

Rs4-12: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st. (17sc)

R13: Ch4, turn. Sk next st. Dc in next st.
(Ch1, sk next st. Dc in next st.) across.

R14: Ch3, turn. (Dc, ch2, dc) in ea ch-sp. Dc in last dc. (8 v-sts)

Rs15-19: Ch3, turn. (Dc, ch2, dc) in ea ch-2 sp. Dc in last dc.

Fasten off.

Applique:
R1: With blue, ch2, 6sc in second ch from hook. Join with a sl st in first st.. (6sc)

R2: (Ch3, sc in next sc.) around. Join with sl st. (6-ch3 sps)

Fasten off leaving a length for sewing.

Sew applique on front of apron as shown in photo.

TIES:

Attach white at the end of R1 and chain until you have a length of around 6-8 inches.
Repeat for opposite end of R1.
Make a 20" chain using the blue and weave it through Row R13.
