The following are some projects I've completed

For my cousin, Krista's baby boy.
I made this afghan for Brayden,
my cousin's little boy
who was born in September.
I've ended up making these for just about every baby I know :o)

Pam's Old World Santa

I made this Old World Santa for my sister,
Pam, in December, 2002.

I made this Sweetheart Afghan for a Contest Prize.

Ed's Victory Afghan

I made this Victory Afghan for our friend
Ed Gura in February/March2003.

George McFee's Victory Afghan
I made another afghan like this in January using soft navy
and white for George McFee. On a missionary trip,
in February Ed hand-delivered the afghan to George.

Andrew is a precious little angel who was born weighing only 1 pound 9 ounces...
He is a little fighter and his parents couldn't bear to leave his side when he was born so he didn't have any clothes. Though I do not know this family personally I have heard updates on his status regularly and just had to make him something. Below are what I've made so far and others have made things for him also. As of 12/14/00, little Andrew weighed 2 pounds, 2 ounces and is doing ok. If you know of any free micro-preemie patterns online that could be used for this little angel, or if you know of any support groups or assistance the family could benefit from please email me at lisacro@kih.net

UPDATE:

I would like to thank everyone who has emailed me regarding patterns and information for little Andrew.
A Special Thank You to Carol Schwaderer Dickinson... she sent a care package for Andrew which contained 19 different little outfits ranging in size... all of which she lovingly made herself. I'm told that the nurses changed the little fellow about 3 times a day just so he could wear them all.
As of January 13, 2001 little Andrew is off of the ventilator and breathing on his own...
he now weighs 3 pounds, 3 ounces.

Here's a photo of little Andrew... I'm not sure exactly how old he was in
this photo or what he weighed at the time but you can see how tiny he was in relationship to his Dad's hand.
